Reconstructor: Reconstructing Software Architectures for System Evaluation Purposes

Consortium: TU Delft, TU of Eindhoven, LogicaCMG, SIG, Nokia, Oce, ICT Embedded, Philips, and West Consulting
The consortium of the Reconstructor project studies the reconstruction and visualisation of software architectures for system assessment purposes.

The Reconstructing Software Architectures for System Evaluation Purposes project (RECONSTRUCTOR) studies the reconstruction and visualisation of software architectures for system assessment purposes. Architecture reconstruction from the source code is one of the scientific challenges covered by RECONSTRUCTOR. Another is the visualisation of complex and large reconstructed architectures.

RECONSTRUCTOR is a collaborative venture between the Delft University of Technology, the Technical University of Eindhoven, LogicaCMG, Software Improvement Group, Nokia Research, Oce, ICT Embedded, Philips, and West Consulting. RECONSTRUCTOR is partly funded by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) and was launched in 2005. The duration of the project is four years.
