Programmers are assessed for the quality of their work
The Dutch Chamber of Commerce dismisses bad programmers.
“If the quality of software can be measured, so can the quality of the programmer of that software”, speaks Mansour Jouhri, CIO of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. “And the quality of the produced software determines the bonus, or the rate that‘s earned when contracted.” Mansour Jouhri, therefore has the programming work measured by the Software Improvement Group, an independent and objective third party.
