Dr. Harro Stokman, Senior Consultant at Software Improvement Group, studied at Leiden University to become a ‘Court-Certified Expert’.

He received his certificate on April 4, 2008. Based on his specialized knowledge, Harro Stokman will testify at trials in conjunction with computerization.

The expert opinions requested for trials clarify technically complex matters to the judges. They can base their judgments on these reports. The expert opinion objectively describes the actual situation and is written in an language the court can understand. Harro Stokman is looking forward to utilizing his specialized knowledge at court trials.
